The Ontario Labour Relations Board Reports are now digital and subscribing is FREE!

The Ontario Labour Relations Board publishes a bi-monthly collection of their significant decisions. The OLRB Reports are one of the oldest reporting series for labour adjudication in North America. In addition to full text decisions, the OLRB Reports also provide the results of judicial reviews of Board decisions, other court applications relating to the Board, and a listing of all cases disposed of by the Board during the bi-monthly period including bargaining unit sizes and vote results.

You can subscribe to the OLRB Reports here:  https://www.olrb.gov.on.ca/OLRBReportsRequest-EN.asp

Historical copies of the OLRB Reports dating back to 1944 continue to be available at the Ontario Workplace Tribunals Library.

Public Computer Terminal Available

We are pleased to announce that a public computer terminal has been set up in the Ontario Workplace Tribunals Library (OWTL), located at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, 505 University Avenue, for self-represented parties, and other users of the library. The public computer terminal includes access to a printer, scanner, software programs necessary for E-filing documents, and [NVDA] accessibility software. Self-represented parties who may not have reliable access to technology and the internet are welcome to visit the library, where staff can assist them with using the technology as well as provide legal research advice. Self represented persons who need advice about next steps in their appeal or application, should continue to contact the WSIAT Call Centre where they can receive assistance.

OWTL library staff are available to help if you have any questions or need assistance when using the public computer. Wi-Fi continues to be available in the library for those who wish to bring in their own devices.

We encourage you to visit the OWTL to take advantage of this resource.
