Welcome to the OWTL’s Refreshed Website!

Our website has been updated to be more accessible and transparent. Information has been reorganized to make it easier to find and to comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.

Some highlights of the redesigned website include:

  • Access to our most popular resources such as the OLRB Bargaining Unit Certificate database are now available directly from our homepage.
  • Our new streamlined design will make the website more user friendly and easy to navigate.
  • Many electronic documents in our library catalogue can be downloaded directly by the user.

American Medical Association Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, Third Edition (revised) (“AMA Guides”)

Excerpts of the AMA Guides are available for the purpose of research and private study, subject to copyright guidelines for use. The library is providing chapters of the AMA Guides upon request in order to promote transparency and support access to justice.

The AMA Guides is the prescribed rating schedule by regulation under the Act, that is used by the WSIB to determine the degree of permanent impairment for a NEL award.
