Library Holiday Hours: December 25, 2025 – January 2, 2026

The Ontario Workplace Tribunals Library (OWTL) will observe the following schedule:

  • December 25 & 26, 2025, and January 1, 2026: Closed for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years’ Day
  • December 29, 2025 – January 2, 2026: Librarians will be available by phone and email during this period, but onsite access is unavailable.
  • January 5, 2026: Regular onsite services resume

Regular hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

The Ontario Labour Relations Board Reports are now digital and subscribing is FREE!

The Ontario Labour Relations Board publishes a bi-monthly collection of their significant decisions. The OLRB Reports are one of the oldest reporting series for labour adjudication in North America. In addition to full text decisions, the OLRB Reports also provide the results of judicial reviews of Board decisions, other court applications relating to the Board, and a listing of all cases disposed of by the Board during the bi-monthly period including bargaining unit sizes and vote results.
