Library Services
Circulation Policy
The OWTL’s collection and library stacks are accessible and open to all visitors, but no library materials may be borrowed or removed from the library.
Employees of WSIAT, OLRB, and PEHT may sign out books or periodicals for two weeks.
Research Assistance
Librarians are available to help with your research and reference questions, guide you through our collection, and attend to any document delivery or inter-library loan needs you may have.

Library Orientation
If you would like to take a library tour or arrange a training session on the use of our catalogue or decision databases please contact library staff.
Document Delivery
Members of the public may request items to be sent by fax (40 page limit), mail or courier for $5.00 per document + GST.
Inter-library Loan
Other libraries may request inter-library loan of materials from our circulating collection. For document delivery or inter-library loan, contact the OWTL Reference Desk at (416) 314-3700 or send us an e-mail.
Current Awareness Service
Current Awareness packages tailored to the needs of each agency are circulated on a weekly basis. To add your name to a list please contact the Library.

Photocopying
Library users may make their own photocopies at 20 cents per page. Payment by cash or cheque. Exact change is not necessary. Receipts issued on request.
Other Services
Public computers are available for searching tribunal decisions or the internet. The library also offers a microfiche reader/printer (20 cents per page) and study carrels are available for individual work or study.
